السؤال الثامن

1-The role of youth in making their country better دور الشباب فى تقدم بلادهم

    We all agree that youth are the backbone of any country. As they play the main role in anything. They have the power and determination to do any thing for the sake of their country. If we want to make any progress, we must depend on them to do that. They can share in developing and saving their countries in time of war and in time of peace. In Egypt, their role became clear during the 25th revolution and they played the main role. They also have the duty of rebuilding their country.

2- Water Shortage نقص المياه

    In the next few decades, a lot of countries are expected to face water shortage. This problem often results from over-population and the abuse of irrigation water. Egypt is among those countries that will suffer from lack of water. Some of the Nile Basin countries are building dams over the Nile to generate electricity that will probably reduce the third of Egypt's share of water. Yet, we've got several solutions to overcome this serious crisis. First, we must rationalize our water consumption. Second, modern ways of irrigation have to be used to preserve water. Third, we can depend on the underground water to satisfy our needs. Moreover, birth rate has to be cut down. In this way, water wasted aimlessly can be saved for the coming generation

3- Life in the futureالحياة فى المستقبل

 Life in the future will be much easier and comfortable than our life today .Every family will own its high-tech home .The sun will provide us wit the energy we need . Every home will have two or three computers and every one will talk to their friends on the internet. Nobody will use telephones any more .We will be able to travel to other planets by rockets .Cars will run on fuel cell batteries and our cities will be cleaner and quieter. I think we will travel more as planes will be faster and cheaper .Perhaps planes will fly to other planets such as: Jupiter and Mars. Finally, the future is the subject of speculation which may come true someday

4-" The importance of trees" " اهمية الاشجار

    Trees are very important to our life. Animals and people breathe inيستنشق oxygen and breathe outيخرج  carbon dioxide. Carbon dioxideثاني أكسيد الكربون is a poisonousسام gas. Plants and trees take in carbon dioxide and give out oxygen. If we cut down too many trees, there would be more carbon dioxide. This is very harmful. Trees provide us with many useful things such as rubber المطاط and medicines. Some trees may provide a cureعلاج for diseases like cancer.  Planting trees is very useful. This helps to reduce the amount of pollution. Trees help to keep the balance of natureالمحافظة علي توازن الطبيعة. If the balance of nature is upset اختل, life on Earth will be impossible. We have to take great care of trees and punish those who cut them down.

 

     5-How the internet has changed our way of living كيف غيرت الانترنت طريقة الحياة

     There is no doubt that the computer and especially the internet plays an important role in our daily life. No one can deny that internet has a great effect on our way of life. There are a lot of advantages of the internet such it is the fastest growing communication system in our world. It stores all kinds of information on different subjects. Using e-mail is very important because it saves time through internet we can exchange information among us. Through internet we can see and talk to who we want in any time and at any place. From the previous lines, we can see the importance of using the internet.

6-Modern means of Communication وسائل الاتصالات الحديثة

There is no doubt the modern means of communication play an important role in our daily life. There are a lot of kinds of modern means of communications like the Internet, computer, satellites and mobile. We can use the internet to make friends in other countries and in our studies. We can contact anyone in any place at any time by mobile. We should make a good use of the advantages of the modern means of communications for the happiness, welfare and prosperity of people. From the previous lines, we can see the importance of modern means of communications in our daily life

7-Tourism in Egypt السياحة فى مصر

It is worthy saying that tourist industry is of great importance to the Egyptian national income and subsequently its advance. On one hand ,Egypt is rich in a lot of historical sites , beautiful landscapes , and numerous places of interest which appeal to tourists such as he pyramids , the sphinx the Egyptian museums and ancient temples and mosques.

Hence , the government is trying hard to attract more tourists by building more modern hotels , tourist villages on the Red sea  shores of  Sinai and Hurghada  where tourists can enjoy beautiful mountain and blue sea and lots  of sunshine and do water sports as swimming diving and skiing .

On the other hand , our tourist  today wants eff

icient and friendly services .So , we should behave towards tourists in a civilized manner and welcome them to our country   to come again .Moreover , the tourist would probably prefer to try out samples of our local food than to eat the international meals which are served in some places

8- Charitable organisations" المنظمات الخيرية

In my opinion, charities are more important than ever. Lots of people are starving to death daily throughout the world because of famines and droughts. These organizations play a big role in helping moneyless people to be treated for free in advanced medical centers. As we have more and more problems with diseases and food shortages, etc. I believe we need them more than ever and the help they can provide is very important. If you ask me, people should give more money to charity so that these organisations can help more people.

9- Advantages and disadvantages of Shopping on the internet:

Shopping on the internet has advantages and disadvantages. Its advantages are numerous. It is much cheaper and easier than traditional shopping. It's easy to use and it looks good with lots of pictures. It is suitable for people with busy lives and old or disabled people. Customers have more choice. The disadvantages of shopping on the internet is that it can be risky. Children find it hard to shop on the internet. Also, older people and people who don't have experience using a computer might find it difficult- Customers only see the pictures, not the products. The products might not be delivered. All in all, some people prefer the internet and others prefer the traditional way and everyone has his own reasons.

10- Positive contributions elderly people can make to society

Elderly people can benefit their society greatly. They always like feeling useful and think they can make a difference to society. They have special qualities that younger people lack: they have more

experience and knowledge which goes hand in hand with being calmer and more patient when dealing with different situations. Also, They are really sensible in making decisions. Furthermore. They can make use of their free time in teaching illiterate people, doing charitable work and helping children with health problems. Finally, not having enough to do to fill the hours in the day is one of the biggest reasons for depression and boredom that attacks elderly people.

 

                                  11- Sports

         There are different kinds of sports. Some are individual sports and the others are team sports. In individual sports you have to beat the one you are playing with. Tennis, running, jumping, cycling, boxing and karate, are individual sports.

        In team sports, players have to co-operate to achieve their winning. For example in football , every player should not forget that he is a part of a team . He should pass the ball to his partners until one of them scores the goal. Sports help to develop our characters. Some sports teach us patience and endurance others teach us cooperation and tolerance. You should choose sport according to the purpose you want to achieve through it.

                                12-The importance of rules اهمية القواعد

         Rules are important because they help people to work together and to cooperate. They help to make sure things run smoothly and that people know what other people will do in certain situations. They help to make it possible to organize things. For example, in families there maybe rules about bedtime, doing homework, helping with chores; in school there may be rules about uniform, meal times, play times, etc. and when driving a car there are rules about speed, traffic lights ,round about, etc. If there are no rules, or people break the rules, people don't know what others will do in certain situations and it makes life unpredictable- People can get hurt, cars can crash and there could be a complete lack of order.

Problems that face Egypt

Nowadays , we are facing many problems. We suffer from poverty, rising prices, housing problem, terrorism and other problems. In my opinion , the reason for all these problems is over population . This problem threatens our economy. Over population wastes all efforts exerted for development. It leads directly to unemployment which is the root of all evils. The government and the individuals should co-operate to solve these serious problems. They should help people to make birth- control. New cities should be set up to overcome such problems . Also new food processing factories and projects should be established . Every one should do his best to solve these problems.

13- My dream house بيت الاحلام

          My dream house won't be in Cairo or Alex. It would be in one of the new cities. There I can have a wide house. It will be detached. And there will be a nice garden surrounding it. I will have a large garage for my car and the cars of my guests. My dream house wilt be modem and high tech, everything will be controlled by remote control. There will be two storeys . The first one will have a kitchen, a dinning room and a sitting room. The second floor will have the bedrooms and a bathroom. It will be well insulated so it will be cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
